The solution was a completely integrated application that could be accessed over web, mobile and other hand-held devices: a Vault for health documents, online medicine orders with same-day delivery, at-home PathLab tests with reports stored in the vault, auto-ordering of monthly medicines, online doctor consultation, self-help group chat, health-camp notifications and insurance integration.

Re-engineered the IT landscape to lower the cost for a leading Design Training Institute of West India.

The client's IT landscape had become outdated, diverse and costly to maintain: redundant applications per department, no uniform development framework, high license costs and data silos. Bot Sapiens carried out a Portfolio Analysis of the IT Landscape and recommended a future roadmap. We designed and developed a common framework based on PHP, jQuery and MySQL, migrated the ASP based applications to the new open source platform, converted Excel based reports to QlikView BI dashboards for the CEO and department heads, established a single source of truth and integrated with 3rd party software like Tally.

Created a “Gift a Choice” platform for gifting experiences to users.

Bot Sapiens partnered with the client to create a market place for “Gifting Experiences”. The platform enabled customers to gift cards to other users, who can redeem them to purchase items from the marketplace; merchants add their products and notify users about offers and sales. The gifter chooses from various gift cards and tracks their status; the giftee redeems them across a wide range of products and services and tracks orders; merchants display products and receive payments or gift cards; the administrator registers users and creates reports on user preferences.
